We hope you love your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied, this Refund and Returns Policy outlines the terms under which you may return a product.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns for a refund or exchange on most new, unused items within 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order, provided the items meet all the following conditions:
- Unused and in Original Condition: The product must be in its original, brand-new, and unused condition. It must show no signs of installation, wear, damage, or alteration.
- Complete Original Packaging: All items must be returned with their original packaging, including all boxes, manuals, tags, and any accessories or components. The product must be repackaged securely to prevent damage during return transit.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number, invoice, or packing slip.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Any product explicitly marked as “Final Sale,” “Clearance,” or sold as part of a special promotional offer with stated non-returnable terms.
- Products that have been used, installed, opened from their original sealed packaging (if applicable), or damaged by the customer.
- Products missing any part of the original packaging or accessories.
2. The Returns Process (Step-by-Step)
To initiate a valid return, you must follow this official process:
Step 1: Request a Return Authorization (RMA)

Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Returns shipped without a valid RMA number issued by our team will be refused at our warehouse and returned to the sender, or will not be processed for a refund.
Step 2: Package the Item Securely
Once you receive your RMA number and return instructions:
- Carefully repack the item(s) in its original manufacturer’s packaging.
- Include all parts, accessories, manuals, and tags.
- Place the original packaging inside a sturdy shipping box for additional protection.
- Include a copy of your original invoice or order confirmation inside the box.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.

You are solely responsible for the cost of return shipping and for ensuring the package is sent with a trackable and insured service. We are not liable for returns lost or damaged in transit. We strongly recommend retaining your shipping receipt and tracking number.
Step 4: Inspection and Processing
Upon receipt at our returns facility, your item will undergo a quality inspection to verify it complies with the eligibility criteria. This process typically takes 5-7 business days. We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your return based on this inspection.
3. Refund Policy – Critical “No Refund-Only” Clause
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after our approval notification, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing times.
- Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, unless the return is a direct result of our error (e.g., we shipped the wrong or a defective item).
- Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees for eligible returns.

AutoCar Fashions has a strict and non-negotiable policy against processing “refund only” or “partial refund without return” requests. A refund is exclusively issued upon the physical receipt, inspection, and verification of the eligible item at our returns center.
We will not issue refunds based solely on:
- Customer claims of dissatisfaction without the product being returned.
- Requests to keep the product and receive money back.
- Claims of delayed delivery (to be addressed with the carrier).
- Claims of lost packages (you must file a claim with the shipping carrier using your tracking information).
Our refund system is directly tied to our returns logistics process. Any request for a refund must follow the official return procedure outlined in Section 2.
4. Exchange Policy
We are happy to facilitate exchanges for a different product or variant, subject to availability.
- Follow the standard return process (Sections 1 & 2) to return the original item.
- Clearly state in your initial return request email that you desire an exchange and specify the desired replacement product.
- Once the original return is received and approved, we will ship the replacement item to your original shipping address. If the exchange item is out of stock, we will process a refund to your original payment method instead.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs for the original item. We will cover the standard shipping cost to send the replacement item to you within Singapore.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged upon arrival, defective, or incorrect (not what you ordered), please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

- Upon verification of our error, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions.

6. Final Sale & Promotional Items
Items purchased during special sales events or marked as “Final Sale” on the product page are not eligible for return or refund, unless they arrive damaged or defective. Specific terms for promotional items will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
7. International Returns (Outside Singapore)
For customers returning items from outside Singapore:
- You are responsible for all return shipping costs, customs duties, and taxes for the return shipment.
- The returned parcel must be clearly marked as “RETURNED GOODS” on the customs declaration form.
- Refunds will be issued for the product cost only, minus any original shipping charges. We are not responsible for any return shipping costs or customs fees incurred.
